Directions
To use warm
Place on a clean, dry plate and microwave for 1 min and 30 sec the very first time you use the wrap. If extra heat is desired, increase each subsequent heating time by 30 seconds (try 2:00, then 2:30, then 3:00, then 3:30, then 4:00 - max heating time). Allow the wrap to cool to room temperature between heating cycles.
To use cold
Chill in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use. This wrap is designed to be used primarily as a heating pad and excels as such. The cooling function is a limited, bonus application. Expect 5-10 min of gentle cooling per application.

So cozy and helps my sore shoulders. Heats up well and stays warm for about 15 min. I don’t mind popping it back in the microwave to heat up again if I have a lot of tension. The best!

I had tried one of these years ago, and wish I hadn't waited so long to buy mine. It gives such comfort to my neck and shoulders, and it couldn't be easier to heat up. I worried the lavender scent would be too strong but it's very subtle. Am doing a lot more computer work lately and this is helping me get through the week.

I have been fighting tension headaches for months, caused by knots and pressure points in my trapezius muscles in my neck and shoulders. I'm seeing a massage therapist but in order to work on the pressure points at home I needed a hot compress to help loosen the muscles. I tried a heating pad, but needed something to weigh it down and nothing seemed to work well enough. I have a Huggaroo eye mask so I thought I'd check to see if they had shoulder wraps as well. This one is PERFECT! You can heat it up or put it in the freezer (the cold helps inflammation post massage as well) and it's weighted! I can just toss it over my shoulders and feel the heat in seconds. Also, I was worried the aroma would be too strong but it isn't, it's rather subtle. It's soft, fits well, and gets the job done.
